個人概述
北京理工大學機械與車輛學院教授、博士生導師，國家海外高層次人才，中國高被引學者。主要從事新能源汽車、儲能、氫能和燃料電池管理與控制研究。發表學術論文100余篇，被引4000余次，多篇論文入選ESI高被引論文，授權發明專利20余項，出版教材1部。先后獲評中國機械工業科學技術獎、2017年度國家優秀留學獎、Applied Energy杰出論文獎，CCSSTA大會最佳論文獎等。主持中組部人才專項、國防科工委基礎產品創新科研項目、自然科學基金面上項目等多個國家級課題。擔任IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics、IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems、IEEE Transactions on Transportation Electrification等車輛/電氣/交通領域頂級學術期刊副主編。擔任國家重點研發計劃專項、國際合作項目、國家自然科學基金項目等評審專家。

學術成果
長期從事新能源汽車能源系統管理與控制相關研究，在車用動力電池和燃料電池系統梯次化建模、多狀態協同估計、故障診斷與預警、環境適應性技術和能量利用優化控制等方面開展了系列化原創性工作。
